The app covers the towns and organizations of the educational system of Mangistau region (Zhanaozen and Aktau, Beyneu, Karakiyan, Munaylinsky, Mangistau, Tupkaragan areas).
The interface consists of the Kazakh, Russian and English language versions.With the application of the system, the user, noticing a violation in a particular institution or object of education is able to send messages and files directly to the leadership of the Education Department of the Mangistau region.
The applications received is processed by the responsible department and staff, appropriate measures are taken, the accounting information is formed on the results of the treatment works.The app operates in the framework of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 12, 2007 №221-III «On the order of consideration of appeals of individuals and legal entities."
